In short. The bathroom was not clean, moldy, with issues like a broken toilet seat.

Wonderful hotel, amazing service, and truly one of the best locations in Hanoi — we would absolutely stay here again.+ We had a wonderful stay here. The room was very clean, comfortable, and much nicer than what we normally book while traveling. Breakfast each morning was very good with lots of different options.
One of my favorite things was how helpful the staff were...− Honestly, nothing. It was more expensive than the places we usually stay while traveling, but the quality of the hotel and the level of service definitely reflected that.

+ Location was just perfect, in the middle of the old city, surrounded shops and restaurants, but the room is quiet, you don't hear the noise. The receptionists were all Amazing, nice and helpful, really enjoyed our stay, the room was big enough and...− All was good for us

Very handy if you enjoy walking and looking around and taking in the sites - Shops etc+ It suited our purpose, clean and very good comfortable beds, breakfast was ok.− Room was a bit smaller than expected, but it was ok for myself and daughter, not a hotel error, I wasn't very clear with front desk staff that we required a twin single when I made the booking.
