Our team reads every application and approves each Local Host before a profile goes live.
Active Host
Running, cycling, the gym, racket sports and yoga. You take part alongside the traveller; you do not coach, train or give medical advice.
What travellers seeLanguage Host
Language Exchange: conversation practice and study sessions in cafés, libraries and coworking spaces. You practise together; you are not a teacher or tutor.

Two figures, always side by side. Client pays is the full price of the booking. You earn is yours once the experience ends; the gap is Elite Trip's service fee. Travellers pay in cash, in person, on the day. There is no online checkout.

Every approved host starts at the Local Host level. Gold Host is granted by our team for a strong record of reviews, kept bookings and quick replies; it cannot be chosen and is not guaranteed. Your level changes your prices and nothing else.

Family & Senior Travel covers visits, walks, meals, errands and company at appointments. It has its own price list and is never worked out from the rates above. A Local Host never gives medical or nursing care.

Priced per activity
Pricing varies depending on the selected activity and its requirements. Final pricing is shown when the specific activity is arranged.
A court, a class, a ticket, hired equipment or a ride can all be part of an activity, and they cost something different each time. So there is no fixed list here, and these days are never priced from the package rates above. You see the full amount for each activity before you accept it.
Local Host Standards
Before you go live, and every day after.
What we check
- Your profile: photos, bio, languages and the experiences you offer. You upload 3 to 10 photos when you apply.
- Safety training, noted on your profile once you have done it.
- Scooter days need an approved driving licence and an approved photo of your scooter. Without both, none are offered to you.
- An activity that needs a certificate appears on your profile only after we have verified it.
ID numbers, licence images and your contact details stay with our verification team and never appear on your public profile.
House rules
- Public places and managed venues only: never private homes, hotel rooms or other private rooms.
- Karaoke only in approved shared or public rooms.
- You can end any activity that stops feeling safe, and our team will back you.
- Travellers see the full price, length, meeting area and cancellation terms before they confirm.
