Concierge Itineraries Example weekend

Four days in Saigon with friends

Four days where nobody has to be the planner, and nothing starts early unless you want it to.

Friends laughing together under the trees

In a group, half the trip can vanish into deciding what to do next: six opinions, three phones and a restaurant that is no longer there. With a Local Host, nobody in your group has to organise a thing.

Day by day.

What each day holds, and what your Local Host looks after.

  1. Friday

    Late arrival, easy start

    Evening
Collected at the airport, bags left at the hotel, then straight to somewhere still serving late, because airport food is not dinner.
    Later
One bar, chosen for your group rather than from a list.

Taken care of. From the plane to a table without anyone opening an app.

  2. Saturday

    The city at full speed

    Late morning
Coffee on a low pavement stool, watching the street come to life.
    Afternoon
Street food through District 1 and District 3, ordering dishes you would never have pointed at alone.
    Sunset
A rooftop, reached while there is still light in the sky.
    Night
The places your Local Host really goes on a Saturday, and a ride home for everyone at the end.

Taken care of. The order of the whole night, and getting everyone back.

  3. Sunday

Out of town, or deeper in

    Option A
The coast: a boat through the mangroves, or a beach town a couple of hours away, if the group wants the sea.
    Option B
Cho Lon in the morning, its old market and its incense-filled temples, then an afternoon with nothing planned.
    Evening
Something slower, close to the hotel.

Taken care of. The car, the timing and an honest view of which option your group will enjoy.

  4. Monday

    A slow last morning

    Morning
Brunch, a final coffee and the one thing somebody still has to buy.
    Afternoon
The airport, with time to spare.

Taken care of. Checkout, bags and the ride, arranged while you finish breakfast.

An example, not a fixed itinerary. Your own plan is written around your dates, your group and the way you like to travel, and it can change on the day.

What you no longer think about.

  • Endless messages about where to go next.
  • Six hungry people outside a full restaurant.
  • One friend doing all the planning.

How it works.

From your dates to your first morning, in three steps.

  1. Share your dates and who is travelling

A minute of your time. Nothing to pay.

  2. You receive a plan and a full quote

Local Host options, each day and every cost, before you commit.

  3. Approve it, and meet your Local Host at your hotel

On your first morning, in the lobby.

You see the quote before you commit. Cars, restaurant tables and tickets appear as their own lines, so every cost is clear.

  • ID-checked, interviewed Local Hosts
  • You choose your Local Host, and asking is free
  • The plan and quote before anything is confirmed
