Want and Wonderful staff+ The staff was warm and welcoming! They went above and beyond and held our luggage for 2 days while we went to Ha Long Bay. All the staff should be so accommodating!− Being in the heart of the old quarter expect it to be noisy. I just didn't realize how late the karaoke from one of the bars was so audible.
