In short. Multiple reviews describe rooms and public areas as very clean; housekeeping is praised though small bathroom maintenance issues were noted.

Looking forward to my next stay.+ Loved the room here. It is just too big for one person and had a quite a comfortable stay for the night I spent here. Also the breakfast is quite extensive with good options.− I think the pool could use come regular cleaning.

Great place, very friendly staff!+ Very good hotel. Big rooms, good buffet breakfast. The staff were very friendly and even helped us get in contact with our Safari company that was 2 hours late to pick us up.

Excellent+ The staff provide good service and help me to communicate with tour company and shuttle bus service to Nairobi.− Although there is not elevator, the staff will help you move luggage in the second floor if applicable.

Perfect stop to stay in Arusha+ Excellent staff and lovely hotel. The hotel rooms were quite large, and I loved the comfortable mattresses. The location is quite nice and you are central to everywhere. Would highly recommend!− Nothing.

Convenient stay in Arusha+ The hotel is conveniently located near central Arusha. The facilities are very clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and thorough, and the hotel was well-maintained. The security guards were attentive and it felt very safe.− The bathrooms were a little small and the bath tub didn't have a curtain, which wasn't an issue but made it a little more inconvenient when showering.

Good place to stay before and after Kilimanjaro hike or a safari.+ Friendly staff, good breakfast buffet and very comfortable beds. Also very helpful in storing luggage whilst we were hiking Kilimanjaro. Restaurants up the road were good.− Bathrooms feel like they were a last minute addition. Stayed twice. First time had issues with drain and second time had no shower curtain.
