+ The room was clean and comfortable, with a good amount of space for my needs. I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel for four nights. The towels were soft and clean, and the breakfast offered a good variety of food.

Ideal location and lovely hotel
+ This hotel is clean, classy and the rooms are very comfortable. The staff were incredibly accommodating, super friendly and helpful. A great choice when exploring Hanoi. The children loved the rooftop pool.

− Cleanliness is my biggest concern. I found a small roach in my room, and another in the breakfast area, where the staff simply swiped it away discreetly.
