Questions about things to do
Who do I pay for a tour?
You pay Elite Trip, once, the full price shown on the card: tickets, the guide and anything the card says is included. Pay by mobile money, card, bank transfer or USDT.
How do I get my voucher?
By email and on WhatsApp, right after we confirm your booking. Show it on your phone; there is nothing to print.
When is the pick-up?
The pick-up time and place are confirmed on your voucher. If you add your hotel when you book, the pick-up is from there where the tour has one.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the tour starts, unless the tour says otherwise before you pay. The rule is written on your voucher.
How is a Local Host different?
A Local Host is one ID-checked local who spends a private day with you, planned around what you like. You pay the host in cash on the day, when the day is done; nothing is paid up front.
