We only show a price we will honour. The total, the length, where you meet, how you pay and the cancellation terms all appear in the booking step, before you confirm.
Included, and not included.
- Your Local Host for the hours you booked, paid in cash on the day
- The route, and company for the whole ride
- Local road sense: where to ride, where to walk the bike
- Your bicycle, which you rent and pay for
- Drinks, snacks and any entry fee on the way
- Your own accident or health insurance
Safety, helmet and what to wear.
- Wear a cycling helmet, which you bring or rent. Your Local Host does not supply one.
- Clothes you can pedal in, closed shoes and sunglasses. Bright colours help in traffic.
- Early morning is coolest. A storm warning postpones the ride to a time you agree.
What we ask of you
- Send the short health note and an emergency contact before the session
- Test the brakes and tyres of your rental bicycle before the ride
- Walk the bike or end the ride when your Local Host says the road is not safe
- An identity-checked Local Host profile
- Documents are checked privately
- You confirm the final price before you pay.
