Safety, helmet and what to wear.
- No vehicle is involved. You make your own way there or meet your Local Host at reception.
- Indoor court shoes that leave no marks, light kit and a towel. Your own racket if you have one.
- The courts are under cover; rain only affects your journey. The halls are warm; bring water.
What we ask of you
- Send the short health note and an emergency contact before the session
- Warm up properly and stop when your body tells you to
- Pay the venue directly and keep to its booking times
