Wonderful stay in the heart of the old quarter+ We loved the colonial style of the property and the interior finishings, the rooms are comfortable and elegant we had a balcony which really made it . The spa was great and the treatment was by far the best in a while . Great attentive staff, fantastic location .− A few more drink or juice options at breakfast were needed

Amazing stay. Great Staff and location. Staying here again when I visit again.+ The cleanest hotel I’ve seen. The staff was very welcoming and they remembered you and your likes/dislikes. Breakfast was amazing. We had a group of over 35 stay and no one had any major issues. Great place.− Mini bar could be converted to a fridge to cool down drinks especially for those not accustomed to the type of temperature in Hanoi. They did accommodate when we requested to change it.

An amazing stay! Highly reccommend+ Our stay was amazing, from the location of the hotel being near the Old Quarter but also the view of Hoan Kiem lake, especially on the roof top bar. The room was comfortable and clean. Good breakfast selection with changes to some dishes daily. But the...− Not a dislike but a note for others that the interior window rooms are quite dark, so should be considered when booking.
