Sat 31 Oct + Fantastic location, very clean and comfortable with great facilities and friendly, helpful staff. − Plenty of large pillows which seemed fluffy but ended up surprisingly hard. Often the case with down pillows, at least one foam pillow may have helped my (admittedly finicky post-surgucal) neck.
