Who we are
Elite Trip connects travellers with Local Hosts in Ho Chi Minh City and looks after each booking: the request, the price, the meeting point and support on the day. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean the business named below. "You" means anyone who uses the site, books a Local Host or hosts with us.

What Elite Trip offers
A Local Host shares their city with you: food, coffee, markets, sport, language practice, or a day planned around you. Local Hosts are not licensed tour guides, and nothing we offer is a tour.
Elite Trip is for private travel experiences only. It is not a dating service, and no sexual service of any kind is offered, requested or allowed. Family & Senior Travel hosts spend unhurried time with a family member and help with everyday matters. They do not give medical, nursing or therapeutic care.
Your account
- Give accurate details, including a WhatsApp number we can reach you on, and keep them up to date.
- Keep your sign-in to yourself. If you continue with Google, Google confirms your email address; we never see your Google password.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has used it, change your password and tell us at once.
- You can download your data or close your account from your dashboard at any time, unless a booking still needs you.
Booking a Local Host
- A Booking Request is a request until your Local Host confirms it. We tell you by email and in your booking.
- Before you send it, you see the full price: the host fee, the service fee and an estimate of other spending on the day.
- Every first meeting is in an approved public place. Private homes, hotel rooms and other private rooms cannot be booked.
- Concierge trips, family days and group days are quoted. They are confirmed only once you accept the written quote.
Paying
- We take no payment online. You pay your Local Host in cash, in person, once the experience is over, at the price your booking showed when it was confirmed.
- Food, drinks, transport, tickets and anything you buy are paid separately, unless your booking or quote includes them.
- If you are asked for a different amount on the day, tell us before you pay.
Changes and cancellations
- You can cancel free of charge until the cutoff shown on your booking. Nothing is paid in advance, so there are no refunds or credits to arrange.
- If your Local Host cancels or does not arrive, you owe nothing. Our team offers a replacement Local Host where one is available, or closes the booking.
- We may limit future bookings on an account that cancels late again and again.
How everyone behaves
- Treat your Local Host, your guests and our team with respect. Harassment, threats, fraud, impersonation and anything illegal are not allowed.
- Reviews must be honest and about a booking you completed.
- Do not misuse the site, interfere with it, or try to reach accounts or data that are not yours.
- We may pause, cancel or close an account when someone's safety or honesty is in question.
Hosting with us
Local Hosts are at least 18, accept our Local Host Standards when they apply, and are interviewed and ID-checked before their profile goes live. They choose their own days and experiences, meet only in approved public places, and ask only for the price the booking shows.
The site and its content
The words, photographs and design of Elite Trip belong to us or are used with permission. What you add, such as a profile, photos or a review, stays yours; you allow us to show it on Elite Trip for as long as it is published.
We may change, pause or retire parts of the site. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be either.
Changes to these terms, and the law
When we change these terms, the date at the top changes too. Each registration records the version that was accepted.
Nothing in these terms takes away a right you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
