Wonderful hotel, amazing service, and truly one of the best locations in Hanoi — we would absolutely stay here again.+ We had a wonderful stay here. The room was very clean, comfortable, and much nicer than what we normally book while traveling. Breakfast each morning was very good with lots of different options.
One of my favorite things was how helpful the staff were...− Honestly, nothing. It was more expensive than the places we usually stay while traveling, but the quality of the hotel and the level of service definitely reflected that.

Very handy if you enjoy walking and looking around and taking in the sites - Shops etc+ It suited our purpose, clean and very good comfortable beds, breakfast was ok.− Room was a bit smaller than expected, but it was ok for myself and daughter, not a hotel error, I wasn't very clear with front desk staff that we required a twin single when I made the booking.
