Sun 23 Aug A brilliant, thoughtful stay with wonderful staff — the only downside was patchy wifi. + The staff were exceptional. When my wife mentioned it was her birthday, they went out of their way to upgrade our room from a non-window room to one with a view, and decorated it with balloons — such a thoughtful touch that really made the stay special.... − The wifi was a bit hit or miss. The connection would occasionally drop or get throttled to the point that YouTube streams dropped to 240p.
