+ Zero complaints with my stay here. As I stayed in other parts of Hanoi, this was the best. Quieter area yet short walk to everything. Staff were amazing and the room was huge and comfortable. Thanks to staff for upgrading.

Misleading+ Other than the location in old quarter, nothing is really good− It had strange smell and old quarter, nothing is great about the hotel. The staffs are pleasant to work with, but the hotel is rundown and the pictures in booking.com and agoda is very misleading...
