We had a great time at this hotel and thank you to all the staff.+ I liked the location and the breakfast specially the staff at the breakfast restaurant in particular thr waiter Long who was every where breakfast and then night restaurant same day and always with a smile and excellent service.− The building looked too small and narrow and didn't seem like a 5 star hotel.

A great facility in an ideal location and staffed by a professional team.+ The location is ideal.... within the Old Quarter and a short walk to the French Quarter. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive and eager to please. The entire premises wa# very clean and comfortable. Definitely would stay here again.

Short but sweet!+ Although the delay of our flight by 7 hours meant we only had 4 hours with Jade, staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome including the welcome drink, the storage of luggage, delicious breakfast, a small gift, orientation of the surroundings and...− Would have liked to have stayed longer but will certainly do so the next time we are in Hanoi.
